Baking Mat Giveaway

It’s that time again… for me to announce a new great giveaway! This month’s announcement is a bit late because I was hoping to finish a more creative project to display to you, but c’est la vie. It didn’t get completed, so that’s what someone will receive via March’s giveaway.
February’s gift is a professional silicone baking mat, in the half sheet pan size (11 x 16 5/8). It is food safe (of course!), nonstick and flexible. It’s double sided and can deal with temperatures ranging from -40 to 480 degrees Fahrenheit. Great if you’re trying to do desserts that have very particular bottom pieces!
(Please note that this isn’t an exact picture of the product. Mine is from Pragotrade and I couldn’t find a picture of it online so I swiped one from Amazon.
How to Enter to Win:
The rules are the same as last time. The only thing you absolutely have to do is sign up for my bi-weekly newsletter list and then leave a comment on this post that you did so. You can sign up below. If you’re already signed up, just leave a comment!
You can unsubscribe any time you want, but you must have a validated email address on the list at the time of the drawing in order to win. (But why unsubscribe? I’m hosting giveaways each month of 2012 that you’ll want to hear about!)

This contest will close on February 14th, 2012 at 11:59 pm PST. It is only open to United States residents, unfortunately. I will use random.org to “choose” the winner and announce him or her on February 15th on the blog. I will try to contact you based on any information that you leave, but it would still be helpful to check back here — you have 48 hours to contact me before I choose another winner.
